2 Step Authentication

Hello, we are looking to try this product with our new startup company. We was leaning really hard at LogMeIn until I ran across this product. We work in the health care industry such as doctors offices so we have to worry about HIPPA and PCI Compliance. Does your remote support allow two step authentication? Also, is the connection encrypted?

    With the 4.7 release of OptiTune, it now does support 2 factor authentication. Just go to your account settings, and you will see a drop down list with authentication options. You can select between password only, Two Factor Email, and Two Factor SMS (for sending text messages to your phone).

    Yes, all connections to the management website and client computers are encrypted.
