IMAP Setup Not working

Hello,

Followed the instructions, but not able to sync/connect. Getting the following error:

"Your Server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity"

Configuration:


Account: T's Yahoo Email
Server: 127.0.0.1
User name: t.yiannos
Protocol: IMAP
Port: 27143
Secure (SSL): 0
Code: 800ccc0f

Any help is appreciated.

My PC is Vista Premium and I am trying to use Windows Mail.

Your user name should be your full yahoo email address, for example, myusername@yahoo.com

I am getting the exact same error, except that my user name is cwbillow@yahoo.com. And then sometimes I'll get "Header downloaded for "x" did not complete..." whee "x" is a specific folder -- Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, etc.

How can I get this squared away?

Hi Chuck:

Please try restarting both Outlook and Yahoo IMAP Connector (or just restarting your computer). If this still doesn't work for you, please contact us at customer_support@bravurasoftware.com
