Unable to synchonize

About a week ago, Outlook 2010 ceased to connect properly to Yahoo servers, giving me an error that it could not connect to the server. This continued for several days and happened on both my desktop and laptop computers. No synchronization occurred, although on my cell read and delete messages. When I deleted the Yahoo account in Outlook and tried to re-establish it, I could not complete the process because Outlook could not find the Yahoo server. Has Yahoo made a change?

  • Clarification: I use Bravura's "Yahoo IMAP Connector." It has worked fine for a couple of years with no problem.
  • The same thing occurred to me at about the same time, using Outlook and the IMAP connector. Then, independently, a few days later one of my Yahoo email accounts became inaccessible for 4 days (I was probably one of millions). Yahoo corrected it and the said it had something to do with POP and IMAP communications on their side.

    Can anyone at Bravura comment?
