Initiating a remote connection

Hello. Is it possible to initiate a remote connection from our end to the end user without the user requesting help? I tried the demo, but did not see this as an option. For us, the vast majority of connections would be initiated by support to the end user, and not the other way around. Just curious if I missed an option.

    Hi:

    No, currently this is not supported in the current version of OptiTune. It is planned for the next version, where the administrator can initiate a remote connection with our without an end user being present at the remote computer.
  • As of the current version of OptiTune (v4.0), this is now supported. Look for the "Remote Connect" icon in the computer details page, or go to Remote Support > Computers to initiate a connection to any computer.
