Request to add support for .msp files

I suggest that OptiTune add support for .msp (.msi patch files).

Thanks, a great suggestion! You can accomplish this today by packaging the .msp file in a .bvx package and calling it from a script, but native support for .msp files is a great idea, and we will look at incorporating this into the next version.
