Does remote support work on headless systems?

I have a few Windows 10 Pro PCs that are running as DVRs at various sites. They are connected only to power and Ethernet and do not have a monitor attached. They also have the OptiTune agent installed

I cannot currently remote access these systems which I suspect is because they don't have a monitor for OptiTune to connect to.

Am I right about this? Is there a workaround for this?

  • Normally it should work, as long as there is a single display device. Please email us at customer_support@bravurasoftware.com and send zip up and send us the log files from one of the destination machines, at:

    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Bravura\Logs\

    But, don't post the logs on the forums, as they could contain sensitive information.
