It would be fantastic to see some Power Option and Screen Saver controls built-in to OptiTune. This would help with compliance settings when Active Directory is not available. Just some basics to start: select from Windows basic plans (balanced, high-performance and power saver), change display and sleep settings, select screen saver (out of windows defaults) and set screen saver time (including the option to enforce login screen on resume).
