Agent loaded but computer does not syn with Optitune

I Installed the agent but the Computer does not show up in panel

  • Can you see if this log file was created:
    C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Bravura\Logs\OTService.log
    If so, please don't share it here, since it contains private information, but you can email it to us at customer_support@bravurasoftware.com and someone will assist.
