Is there anyway to control Easy Computer Sync from the command line, i.e. like from a batch file. I need to transfer files multiple times a day as they get updated. I currently use back-to-back serial ports and Teraterm but they are slow at only 12Mbit. Easy Computer Sync is much faster but using the GUI for this is cumbersome at best.

Easy Computer Sync itself doesn't have a command line control. You could automate it using something like https://www.autoitscript.com/site/autoit/downloads/ and run the AutoIT script from the command line.
