We have a known issue with the halo psa integration, when the halo instance is using a different login server from the resource server, it fails to connect. We will be fixing this in the upcoming 7.0 release of OptiTune, due in a few weeks time.
-
OptiTune does not currently have native support for monitoring these types of devices, but if you are handy with scripting it is fairly straightforward to write a monitoring script, and then be alerted in OptiTune this way.
-
We have had some reports of this, it may be an issue with the display driver. We've noticing that sometimes moving the mouse will trigger a refresh, have you tried that?
-
Currently that is correct, you can however set it to show a notification message to the end user whenever an administrator connects to their computer. This is configured under "Remote Support" > "Settings" in the management c…

Great suggestion! There is one shortcut - did you know that you can also click any checkbox, and hold down the shift key and select another checkbox to multi-select?
-
Unfortunately no, that setting is server wide. But, if you are self hosting the OptiTune Management Server, you would be able to do this by adjusting a settings in the web.config file.
-
If you are having problems deploying it as an "Install Task", you could try just deploying it as a script task, if you had a script that worked previously. What you can do is package the installer files inside a .bvx file using the "…

That's a great suggestion! What you can do in the meantime however is create realtime alerts for when cpu usage goes over x% for y minutes, or memory free goes below similar values. You can see the list of available alert types here: https://manag…

It sounds like the agent installer was created after changing the two lines in web.config, can you go to the agent installer details page, click save and have it regenerate the agent installer? Also, make sure that the c:\optitune\tools folder exis…

A great suggestion! We actually have this on our list, as we will be refining the concept of alerts further. The alert is a one time event, but we will be introducing Alarms, which can be activated or not activated.

There may be a delay of up to 4 hours from when you enable performance data collection, until you see it become available. For realtime performance information, you can also use the Task Manager tool in the computer details screen. Let us know if …

Can you see if this log file was created: C:\Windows\SysWOW64\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\Bravura\Logs\OTService.log If so, please don't share it here, since it contains private information, but you can email it to us at customer_support@brav…

Hi donc466, can you be more specific, or give more details about your problem?
-
Actually, yes through the REST API: https://manage.opti-tune.com/swagger/ui/index#/ComputerMetadata
-
It depends where your "documents", "pictures" or "videos" folders are located. On the destination computer, you can change this to a new location, by following these instructions: https://www.dummies.com/computers/oper…

We are adding Windows Event Log support in the next version of OptiTune, v6.5 due in a few weeks time.
-
Good news, this is coming in the next version of OptiTune, both on the computer details page, and in the search page
-
The button to immediately install windows updates is now implemented as a system task, which you can deploy using the "favorite tasks" feature from the computer details page
-
This is now fully supported
-
This was implemented a while back
-
This is implemented as of version 6.2, view the REST API here: https://manage.opti-tune.com/swagger/ui/index
-
With OptiTune 6.4, this now includes the following features you've suggested:* Multiple Monitor Support * When opening a remote connection windows have the organization and endpoint name identified (so you can identify an endpoint if you have multip…

We now have this planned for our v6.4 release of OptiTune, due in a few months
-
Thanks for the feedback, we've added it to our list
-
To give you more background, the issue is that the OTPowerShell.exe executable included with the OptiTune agent was compiled for 32-bit systems. Some of the power shell modules are only available on 64-bit systems, and in this case would produce th…

Again, we apologize for the delay getting back to you. We've been able to reproduce this with certain commands, like the ones in your attachment, and are working on a fix for the next release of OptiTune, due in 3-4 weeks. We will post back here w…
-
Sorry for the delay getting back to you, we will try to reproduce this to debug it. We should get back to you in another day or so.
-
Again, we apologize that more integrations with AV and backup have been delayed. Due in the next v6.2 is a new REST API for automating most activities in OptiTune, and integrating OptiTune with other systems.

Finally, we do have "custom reporting" scheduled for version 6.3, due in Dec 2019. It is a fair amount of work, but the work done in our recent 6.0 release laid the groundwork for custom reporting.
-
Not at present, we do have it on our list as a frequently requested feature though. Hopefully we will get to it this year.
