Message is no longer available on the server

Hi there,

Every so often, quite randomly, I get the following message:

Message is no longer available on the server
Windows Live Mail is unable to retrieve the requested message because the server no longer has the message available.


I am not logged into my mail account in another location or on another device and can be literally watching the message download only to find I can't open it. This only occurs in Windows Live Mail (OS Windows 7) and only for about 1 in 10 messages. If I login to the xtra webmail the message is sitting there and I'm able to access it from my portable device. Do you have any idea what might be causing this issue and how I can fix it?

    Hi:

    Please make sure you have the latest update installed, by going to Start > All Programs > Yahoo IMAP Connector > Get Updates. You will need to close Yahoo IMAP Connector before checking for updates.
